When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Pre-order items will ship to arrive as close to the official release date as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to customers within the United States and Canada. Please check our shipping policy for specific regional restrictions on certain titles.
What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital downloads and opened media are final sale.
Are your Blu-rays and DVDs region-locked?
Most of our physical media releases are Region A/1 for North America. Please check the 'Product Details' section on individual product pages for specific region coding.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
