At GKIDS Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our animated masterpieces. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, booklets, and collectibles are included and the seal remains unbroken for media items.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method to guarantee safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
